Well...this very large drawing took much longer than it should have. It is rewarding to finally finish it though. It was certainly a challenge, I had to use numerous photo referneces and put them together in a convincing way. Can you think back to a particualr moment or event that has steered you down a certian path in life? I can. I remember one or two very particular moments in my life where I was like "I am going to be an artist." Thsoe events have changed my life, hopefully for the better. That is what this piece is about, that moment in time which becomes etched into your memories, that moment in time which has brought you where you are today, wherever that may be. In her case she becomes an amazing musical performer, and this is where it began. This is the moment that started it all. Enjoy.
